HOW TO USE OUR CARDS

STEP 1: Arm your clients with a tool to market you!

In creating the referral card, I devised a very simple way to give your clients all the information they need to recommend your services to others in their realm of influence, right at their fingertips. Identical in size to a standard business card, the referral card’s format is familiar and ideal for presentation.

The front side of the card has an eye-catching graphic and tag line, which the back side compliments. The back side also has all your contact information and a special “Recommended by” line, where your client can write their name before giving the card away to a friend, associate, or family member. It is a personal and incredibly easy way to share how much your clients enjoy working with you!

STEP 2: Begin to Pass the Word!

At the conclusion of any transaction give your clients a few referral cards and ask them to send others in need of your services your way.

Example: “Mr. Smith, I have really enjoyed working with you! I’d love to build my business with great clients like you. Would you please take some of my referral cards? You can put your name on the “Referred by” line, and pass them on to others who you think might need my services. You can be assured I will handle their business with the same professionalism with which I have handled your account.”

You can even give your referral cards a Redemptive Value. If you choose, you can offer some sort of gift card or other incentive which you should mention when giving clients your referral cards. *

STEP 3: Get everyone in on the action!

Touch your current clients with a letter describing your referral system

STEP 4: Be proud of your Referral System!

Let the world know you want to base your business on referrals. Prominently display a flyer explaining your referral system in an acrylic stand that has a business card holder attached. Make sure the business card holder is full of your Referral Cards. Click here to download a flyer to print out and use in your business!

Step 5: Say THANK YOU!

Every one likes recognition. Thanking your client for a referral will make them feel appreciated. They will also have knowledge that the person they referred actually made contact with you. Your clients will feel like they have been instrumental in helping your business grow.
